It's super easy: would we tolerate China establishing bases in Mexico (for example) or constantly patrolling right on the limit of US borders ? I am just starting to watch but I must respond. Even if you don't agree with the guest, there is likely information that is useful. I have been a leftist for 60+ years, but I listen to rightwing propaganda too. I get a nugget or two of information quite often. And of course, Michelle is definitely NOT left-leaning. Actually, the mutual defense agreement could have been triggered a few weeks ago when they arrested Philippine military and confiscated their boat, if you follow the agreement to the letter. For a day, the talking head in the media sounded like it was going in that direction, the day after everything got quiet. So some decision was made in Washington.

American navy supposedly lost a huge electronics warfare confrontation against China last week. Don’t know if it is true, but shortly afterwards, Philippine asked US to withdraw its recently placed missiles (medium range ballistic missiles), and started to tune down dramatically. US carrier group also left. Several US navy officers were fired for incompetence.

I am not aware of any EW confrontation. The US Army brought the Typhon Medium Range Missile system to the PHL for the Balikatan joint ground exercise last April. Typhon fires the Tomahawk cruise missiles which can reach many Chinese coastal cities & Taiwan. The missiles were not fired but Filipino soldiers learned to operate and maintain the Typhon. China objected to its presence and to de-escalate the situation the Philippines asked the US Army to remove it to Okinawa. The Tomahawk is carried by US Navy surface ships and submarines that are cruising in the SCS & Pacific Ocean.

Regarding international courts - they cannot be taken seriously given recent behaviours of the ICC and ICJ - lip service only! They always take western side so it’s meaningless 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ South China Sea is a big problem and the US is looking for proxies to fight for them in this area so they can be used like Ukraine. Appreciate this channel. Already at the point where I'm liking before watching. back in 2022 when btc was at its cycle low, people were saying btc is done for it's going below $15k US it's going to zero. Well it's down 10% from mid March ath 2024 and now everyone is shitting themselves. That doesn't make any logical sense especially for crypto.Its just a shake out phase, chill people go zoom out at old charts. We are at around 1.4 trillion market cap and only growing, just wait and see the price next year in March it will double....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Adriana Jensen , whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

When I was in New Zealand in 2016/2018, Australia was in a tizzy due to China having commercial relations with Pacific Islands and I remember incidents with water canons between Chinese and Philipino fishermen over these same Islands. So nothing new there. Ever since I have watched Aussies and Gringos rachet up tensions between the local fishermen. About that time I remember an Admiral prognosticating war in the area by 2025... You can not say that one conflict is "bigger" or "more important" than an other, because in the end they are all part of one and the same conflict: totalitarian states against democratic states. There is an alliance between Russia, Belarus, Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthi, North Korea and CCP China - and some client states - against Europe, North and Middle America, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and our allies. It has been going on since 1992, but Western politicians have been ignorant for decades and they are still not standing up for us.

USA is concerned that China may restrict export of computer chips to the West ... USA is also concerned that China has gained control over rare earth resources in many countries by building modern infrastructure like roads, rail, water, energy and schools in exchange for resource access. The West should either make their own chips because they don't trust electronics made by Asia anyway, or take a different approach that give long term benefits to the people of the country concerned rather than create a proxy war that destroys that country.
