In your opinion, would they be as accurate for him on 2k19 as they are on 22? Do they carry over? Or in this case back?

Probably wouldn't carry over that well, there's two games worth of new moves to choose from on 2K22 compared to 2K19 and they've completely reconfigured the movesets
