Join us as we take a deep dive in to WWE 2K23's MyRise and highlight this years updates and new features, as well as a preview of both the male and female stories.
When loading up MyRise, the first choice players have is to choose a story, as WWE 2K23 gives the player the choice of playing through the Women's story "The Legacy", or the Men's story, "The Lock".
The Legacy story sees you take on the role of LJ, the niece of fictional WWE Hall of Famer Justine, as you try to forge your own path in the WWE whilst dealing with the difficulties of Justine's old rival Molly Holly, who serves as the General Manager.
The Lock storyline sees you sign for WWE as the next big thing, where you're thrust into the limelight on Monday Night RAW as "The Lock". This story see's you have to deal with the pressure of being the next big thing, as you're instantly entered into a program with Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn.
Some of the new features for MyRise include the ability to import and export your MyPlayer, more branching story options, exclusive match types and unlockables.
Thanks to the upgrades seen in the Creation Suite, this year's mode also sees a big improvement in the MyRise visuals, as created characters now look on par with that of the in-game WWE Superstars.
