I use boiling water for custom figures and it makes taking kickpads off easy so maybe just use boiling water for the kickpads

Looking at some pictures of the actual Bray / Fiend Instead of leaning into the yellow so much maybe try a burnt umber trey and a white & orange to create a nice contrast in the more dark rooted colors

This is pretty risky, but for the fiend shoulder, try using pliers.

@My Damn Toys, I had that same problem (as you do with Bray’s shoulder) with my Elite: Rey Mysterio’s hand. You have to get a sharp object and be able to see the place where the glue is, when you do that stick the sharp object in the tracks where the part could move and dig out the glue. After that move it more and more and dig out any remaining glue. It worked for me so hopefully it’ll work for you, keep up the good work!!

MDT, I understand this is late, but there is an easy way to remove hair. You gotta take a butter knife, go under the hair on the forehead, and just try to get it off from there.

I know how to fix your fiend figure you have to swap the shoulders with different bray Wyatt shoulders but you could still use the fiends arms

Anyone noticed how horrible the height scaling is with the fiend? Tucker is 6'2 and the fiend is supposed to be 6'3. But hes as tall as otis who's 5'10
