I loved it when he was the guest host of Raw that night and he blasted Cena for being Vince's golden boy and that no one was able to get a straight shot at being WWE champion. Ventura tells it like it is and how it is whether or not you agree with him or want to smack him in the face. I mean he was right, this was I think 2009/2010 when Sheamus & Cena feuded over the WWE title with Sheamus winning the title at TLC in a botched finish by Cena and that it was a shame because it went straight to Cena again soon afterwards and Triple H and Orton etc.

When I was younger (when Foley was still active), the crazy bumps he could take were the main reason I loved him, but as the years have gone by, I've learnt to appreciate so much more about him. His whole style and approach was so innovative, down to, as you mentioned, the audible strange noises he'd make throughout the match. It all added to the psycho demeanor. The bumps are still an integral part for me, but that was just a part of the overall package. Easily in my top 5 wrestlers.

I agree with both. You also have to take into consideration that Mick embodied the “Extreme era”. The whole Hardcore/Attitude era was an inception by him. Especially the Cactus Jack character. Mankind vs The Undertaker in a Broiler Room Brawl is to this day,one of the best brawls EVER. Jessie on the other hand comes from the Hogan-Warrior-Macho-Lex Lugar style era, where its not about bumps but rather physique and how just the sound of your entrance music and a 20 sec promo just before could really get the people going like he said in the match with Tito. I think once WCW was gone,WWE should pulled back but (tho i havent watched in YEARS) now it seems like they just competing with themselves and its just...not entertaining.
