I have the v1 gems fall of it all the time will definitely buy V2 soon I'm trying to get all the belts Cena won

That's crazy. I've only had one gem fall out of the V1, and that was because another belt fell on top. As for the V2, I've had gems fall out while simply cleaning the belt with a damp cloth.
