It is scheduled to take place on July 19, 2020 at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. It will be the twelfth event under the Extreme Rules chronology, and the first to have an altered title.

-Braun Strowman vs. Bray Wyatt Wyatt Swamp Fight
-Rey Mysterio vs. Seth Rollins Eye for an Eye match
The match can only be won when one competitor extracts an eye of their opponent.
-Apollo Crews (c) vs. MVP Singles match for the WWE United States Championship

The ending to rey v seth is really bad like on raw seth did the same and rey started bleeding from his eye then the ending of the ppv he did the same but his eye came out which makes no sense the eye should've went backwards into his head and not out
