Hell Rusev was damn near shorter than Sin Cara from the looks of it. He's like Big E in that respect. Lots of muscle, but still small. A guy who's shorter than some of the cruiser weights just can't be taken seriously as a "monster". Also like I said before evil foreigner gimmicks just don't cut it nowadays. Look at Cesaro. When he was doing that schtick he floundered and nearly faded into obscurity. Then he got the boost from the Real American deal and the eventual split, not to mention actually showing off his personality and skill instead of being a stereotype.
