Straight from Jim Johnston himself: "I was hearing some early metal stuff and was always shocked how bad the vocals were, and that the lyrics were absolutely unintelligible. The theme I had written was in this style, and I couldn't find a singer, so I did it myself. There are no lyrics, I just sang gibberish. I had fans contact me for a lyric sheet which, of course, I could not provide."

If you miss your childhood so much then go buy the WWF episodes on DVD! Every time i watch it, it got me feeling like the 90s I'll buy Power Puff Girls, Dexter Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, and Kim Possible episodes! When ever I have kids soon I'm going to tell them to watch every WWF episodes and cartoons episodes! My favorite wrestling episodes Raw 1997 - 2007 SmackDown 1999 - 2005 I'm also going to buy 1985 - 1996 episodes! WWF and the 90s cartoons bring back so much memories! I'm going back to my child hood

I mostly remember at the start seeing WWF's logo and briefly Undertaker's eyes rolled up and then somewhere Kane does his in ring pyro and then in the 2000's intro, I only remember seeing Biker Taker.

This song is so weirdly "builded", that when you think about... Everybody on the bank, Lesley's mom is selling crack Everybody on the ground, quiet now, I try to talk Everybody on the ground, Will Smith is selling crack Or whatever sentence you'll think about, of course if it fits to the singer, you will hear it. Smackdown is one of the main reasons that WCW went out of business 1999 was the best year and the WWF nobody was stopping this monster from destroy WCW got what got what was coming to him they had three years to a buried his company and they couldn't get it done we're probably one of the best wrestling factions of all time the NWO and basically they didn't think outside of that box and by the time Vince Russo got there the company was dead

WCW was mostly killed by the Time Warner/AOL merger. Without Ted Turner there to protect it, they were definitely going to get axed whether the quality of the show picked back up or not.

@@robintst WCW probably wouldn't have gotten dropped if the ratings and buyrates were still at their 1997-1998 level. The company lost $62 million in 2000. It was an easy decision for new management based on the numbers. The damage was done, nobody was gonna take a chance after they completely destroyed their own name and reputation in 1999-2000.

WWF is one of my favorite show! I use to watch it every Monday with my cousins! We played WWF No Mercy, Wrestlemania 2000, GoldenEye 007, Killer Instinct Gold, and Perfect Dark! I miss being young! When ever I have kids soon I'm going to tell them to watch every WWF episodes! My favorite wrestling episodes Raw 1997 - 2007 SmackDown 1999 - 2005 I'll buy the episodes on DVD! I can watch it over and over and never get tired of it! I'm also going to buy 1980 - 1996 episodes! I'll even buy Power Puff Girls, Dexter Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, and Kim Possible episodes! I will tell my kids to watch all these cartoons episodes! I miss my child hood

I was born in pre-attitude era 1996 but started watching in 2007, watched the whole year 2007, then 2008 up until mania. Stopped watching for a while and started this year, but thanks to youtube I´ve lived the attitude era

this is what began my love the WWF smackdown games as a big WWF fan back then when I was only 8 years despite that I had watched wrestling back when I was 3 years old but when approaching the peak of my childhood in 1999 and in 2000 and 2001 Smackdown's original theme got me hooked even more and more and it's one of the reasons why I've watched it for so long.

Irony is that 98% of the shows in the Attitude Era were PG. In fact it was the Ruthless Aggression era that was TV-14 more often.

Kyle Morgan PG now and PG then is different. The product now is closer to a G rating. Most of what made the Attitude era great was not the edgyness (Although this did help a lot with the quality) it was mostly them ''opening the creative envelope'' in Mcmahons words.
