I just found this channel and was excited because he talks about a lot of games I love. But....what you said must be a generational thing I'm guessing. Because I keep seeing people say the editing is hilarious, and to me, it is incredibly annoying and detracts from the video. This is the 3rd video I've watched on the channel, and each one is harder to watch than the one before it. I rarely say anything negative, but I REALLY WANT to like this channel based on the topics he covers. I just can't. The editing is not just annoying, it genuinely makes the videos nearly unwatchable. I guess it's a gen Z thing because younger people seem to like this weird, random "everything's a meme" stuff, but it's really way too much for me (and most people my age I imagine).

Yes! The birth of my favorite wwe game series. As much as I love HTCP and the AKI games, the SVR series brings me the most enjoyment. Seriously, legendary soundtracks, amazing rosters, GM mode, amazing season modes, lots of replay value, lots of options for local multiplayer, and the fact it was all taking place in the greatest era of all time, the ruthless aggression era. Glad you’re back homie.

The first wrestling game I vividly remember owning was the PS1 War Zone. I remember doing moves was difficult af and you would do the same kick over and over again. A normal vertical suplex was a big move but I loved the game.

I remember being a kid a never knowing about any wrestling game. A good friend came over to my house and brought this game and needless to say but i loved it. Then continually playing each one after. I was so sad to see the decline in the series but as a whole i like it better than 2k. I wish 2k would bring back season mode with the branching story line. Such a great time when im playing solo.

You should review SvR 2006 at some point. The gameplay and season mode are better than this game. Also, 2006 introduced me to The Dillinger Escape Plan, which is priceless.

I still remember getting it Christmas 2004 at Best Buy still in its plastic cover. The graphics and animation were a big improvement and finally had voice acting, but a huge dip in wrestlers match types and also story mode was a little bland. Honestly it was the beginning of wrestling being a bit cringe. Still had lots of fun.

I remember finishing the season mode twice: 1: JBL road to wrestlemania and winning the WWE championship 2: i completed the season mode again as WWE champion JBL and never lost the belt once. On standard default difficulty.
