I love the Kane figure, but Mattel really screwed the pooch with the elbow. I'm trying to paint it to minimize the horror.

That's what I'll probably do too. Just buy some red paint. I don't plan on selling these figures anyway. They are for my display.

The gloves for the undertaker are not accurate to the time frame of the taker. He had the fingerless like biker glove back then not the mma gloves. You can see it on the back of the box where he is chokeslamming kane

I haven't watched your content in a bit. Surprised you're still using my intro from time to time. Despite the defects and major flaws, I still love that concept. The MASK scan alone, I love. (If anyone needs their masks repainted, hit me up) But the Taker is mandatory too. They forgot his tear drop. Hate the huge shirt torso. Glad they fixed his default head. But that damn ENTRANCE COAT!

One of the elbow joints on my kane’s red arm is stuck(maybe paint?) but his arm will not bend. Any ideas to get that bad boy bending?

Not sure if anyone mentioned yet or not but the right elbow color is probably because it is on the same sprue in the mold as the other arm that is skin tone. They have to choose which color to have them be so I think tan painted red works better than the other way around. Could have painted them red but probably wasnt possible

Excellent review. Some friendly advice, if I may. Turn down the contrast a bit on your camera. The color doesn't look natural at all. Kane looks almost neon red. It's so red that the cuts in the sculpt for the joints and any fine detail in the outfit are nearly impossible to see.

I prefer the "long" Undertaker face compared to the "Michael Jackson" face but I think the one with the tongue out is the best.

I'd have to grab 2 ultimate Undertakers just to swap his head with a Kane to counter the "Undertaker as Kane" fig. Kane's elbow will always be mind blowing, but appreciate Mattel fixing it by selling replacement arms and two heads.

I ordered the Kane and I'm still debating on the Undertaker. I wish i had the old school Taker with the purple gloves. There's just so many other figures about to come out that I need for my collection. My wallet can only do so much. BTW, does anyone know what attire the Wrestlemania 38 Bret Hart will be wearing? I still need a Bret Hart for my collection. But I'm picky about how good it looks.

The tongue out head sculpt is perfectly accurate to that time frame... Undertaker had both the first head scope look and the tongue Out look while wearing that outfit.. the tongue out was when he was with the ministry of darkness where he wore an outfit just like he wearing on that figure but also when he was just the phenom after he stopped wearing the gray and purple gloves and started wearing that outfit on that figurw he looked like the first head sculpt. The third one I guess u can say also works. It's alittle off looking tho. Can't put my figure on why .it just looks weird

That tongue out is not accurate. This figure is not from the Ministry. It’s not even from 1999. It’s from 1998 when he was feuding with Kane. He wore that robe at Wrestlemania 14.

With the exception of the elbow the the only other gripe I could possibly have with the figure is how much smaller he is, billed 7 foot on the box next to the 6’10 undertaker, and taker looks massive next to him. Shame.

Ah man that’s a big one for me, I haven’t gotten them yet, but I always size compare my Kane and Undertaker for that exact reason and when it’s ohh it drives me crazy lol 😂. So I’ll probably put this Kane next to a shorter Undertaker I have.

Mod podge your loose leg joint it works! I was a denier myself until I tried it on a few figures I’ve gotten with a loose joint here and there.. can use a qtip to rub it in.. work the joint back and forth so it gets in there good.. let sit or dry with your hair dryer.. then test it.. add more as needed, it should eventually have that nice tightness to it and won’t be loose anymore.. has work with my storm collectibles figures and power rangers lightning collection, also some of my WWE Jackks figures

Anytime you put anything like that on a figure you can guarantee that it’s pretty much no longer worth anything. Especially these figures which shoot up in value, I wouldn’t buy one that has any kind of stuff on it or has been altered.

The right arm being molded in flesh tone and not being fully painted absolutely ruins the figure for me. This isn't an issue I run into with any other figure line, so it's absolutely inexcusable. Mattel should absolutely not be cutting corners like that in their premium line. The fact that some people are brushing it off or saying shit like "jUsT pAiNt It BrO" is pathetic.
