It sure is (Technōs Japan). Too bad they went bankrupt in the mid 90s. They let another company develop the disappointing third Double Dragon game as they were too busy working on this and a couple of other titles (and though they did develop the NES port, it was disappointing as well). Some of the Kunio-kun games' best versions are on the Japanese computer Sharp X68000, so a lot of us in the West didn't even experience the company's full greatness back then.
