Excellent! Thank you for sharing. We will be there in March. This video will increase the number of people staying in your hotel. It is an excellent commercial and virtual tour. This video tour across the page on the top of Wyndham Alltra Cancun website's home will be excellent.

Hi! Thanks for your videos!! I'd like to ask your impressions in general of the Resort, there is so many mix of bad and good reviews... I'm planning to travel to Cancun in a couple months and this is one of our choices

@Gustavo A Nieto N, Thank you for watching this video. Overall we had good experience at the resort. From the beginning at the front desk we had good service, and while you are waiting they have people serving drinks. The room was amazing and very clean. We had housekeeping come everyday to clean our room and fill our fridge with drink. Workers there are super nice and always greeting you when you passing by. Food was really good at all the restaurants we ate at. The pool was nice but was always packed. They had activities for adults and kids. but nothing was for our interest. Our complaint was at the Italian restaurant, where we had to wait an hour for our food, even though the restaurant was not busy and people who came after us got their food. And second thing, if you get a ocean view room, which is also facing the pool, you will hear the loud music they play at the pool area in the room through out the day. Overall expect to have good experience, but know that there is a chance you might run through small hiccups. Hope this helps you with your planning.

@@fantabuloustravels I really appreciate your response, very comprehensive feedback, that's what I was looking for... 👌 Basically Customer Service, Cleanliness and Food are my top priorities, following with a great location, beach and of course a nice playground/splash water park for kids 😀

Sorry if my comment posts twice, for some reason it closed out when I first tried lol… thanks for making this video! Fiancée and I were thinking of going here for our honeymoon. Was the airport difficult to maneuver?

You're welcome! Canun airport was NOT difficult to maneuver. Once you get off your plane just follow the crowd/signs to get to the passport control area. You may have to wait a long period of time to get you passport checked. After that you'll proceed to luggage area. Once you exit this area you'll see car rentals, and booths to book excursions and transportation. They will be people there to help get to where you want to go to. I highly recommend you book your transportation before you travel to Cancun. That cool it should be a lot of fun. I wish I can help you on that, but since I don't drink my self I did not pay much attention to what they offer. I do hope you have great time there.

You're welcome! I am glad this was helpful. We used Cancun Airport Transportation to go from the airport to the resort. We found that this was the best option for us and the had good reviews. The drive was about 15-20 minutes. We booked them in advance before we left to Cancun. I do recommend to book advance. www.cancunairporttransportations.com/

This resort doesn't have VIP lounge since it's more of a family resort

Yes you can Swim at the beach there. They do have an Asian restaurant with a verity of options in their menu

@JB Golf Early congrats on your upcoming marriage. The resort is really nice, but the seaweed might be an issue if it's there by the time June comes. But hopefully it's it's gone by then.
