I go here, not the hotel but close to it. I stay in the villas. Although this hotel is still pretty nice.

we ended up staying in san juan which was i believe better than staying in this hotel. we stayed at a hotel close to old san jaun and we were close to everything. the hotel was amazing but what was better were the tours. bring extra cash for the tours. also make sure you book the tours right when you get to puerto rico but you don't have to if you just want to relax by the beach an at the hotel. I'm more of an adventure type of person. theres also bars and clubs which are fun too. i dont recommend buying food from the hotel bc it is very expensive. try local food stands if you can the food is more authentic. bring lots of sunscreen and water shoes in case you go on tours. you'll have a great time!!!
