Today we have the pleasure of speaking with a lifelong martial artist. He has been exposed to a multitude of martial arts systems garnering black belt/Sifu level in Gee Yung Sil Lum Fut Ga, Yang Style Tai Chi and Shuai Chiao to name a few. His early introduction into the arts served as a stepping stone to founding the Kung Fu Club at UCLA while earning his undergraduate degree in East Asian Studies. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has also learned the Pavel Tsatsouline Method (Kettlebells) that has enabled him to work with many top Olympic and Professional athletes.
