Looks like a beautiful place and alot of fun! Something maybe for future, one of those propane camp showers. I bought one for a bear hunt in the U.P of Michigan. They only cost $130 and I had a old water pump out of a motor home. We camped next to a river and just pumped out of river to shower . Worked really well!! We brought a barrel to fill with water at a gas station but we didn't need it because of the river. 20pd propane tank lasted the 2 week hunt for 4 guys. Sure was nice to have that hot shower every other day. Really like your videos!

@@BowhuntingRoad congrats on bear by the way. I didn't watch the whole video before I wrote my first comment. That one bear that was coming in was a tank! I wish one of your buddies would of got that big boy. I'm sure they had a good time and made some memories they will never forget though. Nice of you to invite them and do most of the work. I know it is alot of work to get them baits out and set up stands!! Been there and done that! Thanks for sharing the video.

A really fun time. A comment on the bait that didn't get hit for 6 days-- After it started getting visited the big boy would totally clean up all the bait--licking the ground clean.. The first day that I sat at the site a nice one came --it milled around -lay down behind the bait, in the brush giving me a brief opening but I opted to wait as i thought it would come around to the bait and give me a better shot but it didn't. I seen it for 15- 20 minutes milled around - walked on a down log then just wandered off, to not be seen again. It did not appear to be aware of me but perhaps was. The big one had a big enough mouth that it picked up a 5 gallon plastic bucket and punch 4 holes in it with it's bite. I was blessed to have had the opportunity.

Ah a fine walk down memory lane. That was a nice bear. Shame that giant didn’t show up in the daytime. I suppose that’s why he’s that big. I enjoyed watching the whole vlog in a continuous format. Looking forward to future content. Great video. 👍👍😎

I enjoy your videos. Question... I own a 162 acres of all forested land in northwestern Wisconsin. My son and I both drew bear licenses this year. Does it make sense to have two baits within 1\3 of a mile from each other? Or should we only hunt one bait site and the other hunter tries to ambush s bear coming or going to water from an adjoining cornfield?
@BowhuntingRoad Жыл бұрын
You'll be feeding the same bears at both baits.

Can you do a video on how you skin a bear in preparation for a rug or shoulder mount.
@BowhuntingRoad11 ай бұрын
Great idea, Problem is you gotta have a bear and not be in a hurry which doesn't happen very often.

What's the camo brand? You said in another video it's the one you've waited for to be developed for years
