Boggle,the thing with a lot of carp anglers is the sit on a designated peg and then proceed to cast three rods in three different directions. In doing so they prevent any other angler on the lake from fishing because their selfish actions cover three quarters of the lake!

Hi Jonathan. all I can say is, like you, I never really had much to say about anything so I got a KZfaq account just simply to say some youtubers "thank you" messages to those folk that made videos..... however..... that inspired me , made me laugh, and i thought could i upload vids?. if they were to only book out 15 pegs rather than 20 out of 20 perhaps that would or could give folk a bit more water but i have to agree they would lose a potential £150.00 a day.... so 20 out of 20 it is. Wyreside is renowned is for tight swims and little water on its day ticket venues. Shame really as its nice place and handy for me.

Like you say, its a nice lake but you just don't get any water to fish it, pegs 1-9 10m apart wow. the trouble is once you've booked in advance and you turn up expecting some water,? how on earth can you employ any waterman ship, you don't have that option? they should at least keep 5 pegs free at all times so you can move if you wish TBH i think that's a ten peg lake at most, not 20, Im getting a lot of comments about the number of pegs here.

Hi LSC73 with regards to the Trangia cook wear as long as you dont try and use a cast iron skillet or your trying to do a stew from scratch, you can use the same as any gas burner will handle that system i was using wasn't actually being used correctly, my pan was well above the best heat sweet spot but it will cope no problem. would recommend the thinner the better i was using a MSR lightweight skillet... perfect

@@chicarpers I use power director 17 you can get power director 365 at a monthly cost .... i don't recommend you do 365 its for advance users who use it a lot .there are many different versions out there. and its really about practice and playing with it. Windows do (or used to) do a free version if you find it of (Moviemaker) if you can find it then use it, great place to start just make sure its from Microsoft .... its a bit of a mine field, but regardless you have to play with it and learn ..........
