i went back to rewatch Logan before Deadpool and Wolverine came out and completely forgot that was her introduction film. i don’t think there could of been a better fit for X-23/Laura than Dafne Keen especially looks/age wise and that goes without mentioning the passion she brings to seemingly all her roles along with so much raw talent. Logan was a prime example of that raw talent. i think the emotion (or lack thereof) she was able to portray in her first film at that age on top of the feral ferocity and physicality she brought will always be super impressive to me. i hope she gets to continue the role for a long time to come and maybe even get her chance at the all-new wolverine mantle!
