@@dinot1609I think yall are both right. The airline can do that. But at the same time, the officers did absolutely nothing to deescalate the situation. They immediately became the aggressors, more so passive aggressors. They could’ve asked about the situation to make him a little more relaxed so they can actually figure out what is going on. If the guy was legally in the right, the officers put their jobs in jeopardy. Which they could’ve prevented.

@@qveensirah8242 it's true, however cops were called for a trespassing, so their job was to get him removed from airport, they just checked if the reason of removal is lawful (manager told them his ticket was cancelled), so they proceeded to ask him out nicely. even if he told his side of a story, and he kinda did in short, that does not change anything and he still needed to go. if he wanted to sue airport for unlawfully denying his right of service for no reason, he had to start a lawsuit against airlines, in order to do that he needed to leave the airport anyways

I suppose I can understand that since many of us are uncomfortable flying, but adults usually know if they can handle their liquor or not. Just poor judgement all around! Honestly even if you’re wrongly being kicked out just leave. I’m in a band and a lot of my mates are, went to a mates show where I’d been quite a few times, I was helping them pack up and trying to organise where we were heading after and a security guard came up to me and was getting really annoyed saying I needed to leave and basically talking down to me as if I was a groupie bothering the band? Lol I was quite drunk and I was trying to explain I was helping the band and we were mates from uni but she weirdly was trying to get me out of there, I made some comment about how she took her job too seriously and left, outside I was explaining to the band what happened and she came back out and tried to instigate a literal fight with me. For context I was born a girl but I’m nonbinary, so i felt it was honestly very catty and I don’t understand it. Anyway I probably could’ve avoided it if I just civilly left despite the misunderstanding, I’ve never been ushered out of any venue including that one before or since then, it’s always common knowledge to let groupies help with equipment cause some bands have a lot of shit. Long story short always leave civilly even if you’re in the right.

And instead you act a fool and face 10-20 years in prison. Jesus Christ. If cops are telling you.. that you have two options… get arrested or leave the area… Just leave the area, man. Even if you don’t have anything illegal on you. You’re not going to win that argument. Write a complaint and follow it up later if you genuinely feel you were wronged. But being given the chance to just leave…. Take it. Get out of there. Cops have an issue with you at that point. JUST LEAVE IF THAT’S AN OPTION. As the first guy finds out the hard way, they DON'T PLAY in the state of TX. DFW Airport Police does not play & will not tolerate disobedience of lawful orders or other belligerent disruptive behavior in their airport. All this guy had to do was go back to the main terminal & book his flight with a different airline since American Airlines revoked his ticket for being belligerent &/or disorderly while intoxicated. Being in possession of stolen I.Ds/other illicit items & otherwise resisting arrest sure as heck doesn't help his cause. The crazy part is, had he just complied with the officers' orders to leave the secure area of the terminal, they never would have found the stolen I.Ds/other illicit items... Thank you Officers for removing this scammer from the airport & hauling his sorry behind off to jail where it belongs.

I've seen something very similar to this here in Evansville, Indiana just a few months ago when there was a number of people, maybe about 5 or 6 holding big white signs with a photo of a young girl, asking for donations to pay for an upcoming surgery and medical expenses of this girl. It turns out that it was a scam and someone who was investigating their story put the word out with the local police and media. Once their scam was exposed they disappeared pretty quickly.

As a retired ER Doc, I couldn’t agree more. 90% of the fakers are indigent. The other 10% are on their way, usually, ETOH/DUI/Drugs. We had several frequent fliers in my hometown. After I left and my daughter began at that ER as a Nurse Practitioner, she called one night to let me know Lucille Ball was glad to hear I was ok and thrilled to hear she was my daughter. My former colleagues purposely assigned Lucille to her. 😂. I asked my daughter if she’d met “Ricky”…the name for her…male…part. She DID have a pet goat for awhile, but her landlord made her give Barney to a good home. Lucille was an old trans prostitute and longtime alcoholic and crack addict. All I’ll say is we used to joke she needed her own reality show…but it may more likely be on OF. NEVER a dull moment-but to be honest, it was relatively harmless characters like Lucille who brightened our days. 😂 Now I just hear about the latest batch of characters second hand…which is fine. Unfortunately, my daughter is dealing with a lot worse than Lucille these days . After 30yrs, I just don’t have the patience anymore.

Maybe this is why my sister got so little help, outside of friends & family, to help pay for her husband's funeral when he suddenly died from a seizure. I didn't know people could be so scummy, well, yeah I did but I never imagined in this way. He was a veteran so luckily she didn't have to buy a burial plot, just pay the funeral home for their services (& they even gave her a discount because most of our paternal family used them). It's a shame because she really did lose him & she really did needed the help 😞

@munkustrap2 A funeral only costs $15k. Vets get buried for free. They even get a tombstone. Really, donating for a funeral is ridiculous for those with family. Dead people don't need a fancy casket, and the family doesn't need to be cheaufered in a limo to the grave site. So much of funeral costs is unnecessary these days.

I rate any channel that takes the time to add subtitles. A lot of channels just scrub other channels' watermarks and don't add anything of value. Additionally, this guy's experience within the criminal justice system gives him some insight into the potential sentences which I find interesting, but he's careful to point out that they only apply if the person is found guilty. Until judges start wearing bodycams that is about as good as you're going to get, unless he decides to revisit each case with sentencing updates, but that would take a lot longer.
