Installers password is 2014 . It's good to know when the installer hasn't set the settings properly

What is the difference between the "super" settings (6868) and the installer settings (2014)? It seems to bring up the exact same menu. Thanks

@@Goodkiwibloke In the web menu, in super settings there is just power limiter setting for our inverter, there might be some other settings on different models.

gud day sir, i have this inverter installed in my house last 2015 and the 200ah baterry installed is no longer charging, i am planning to install a 200ah lifepo4 battery and my question is do i have to change settings in the inverter since the last baterry installed is lead acid. thanks

You could change on the display screens: Advance setting--charger, change the lead acid to lifepo4

I have a SL-TL 2200 installed and I was not given manual by my installer. How can I know what the lights mean. The orange light is flashing . Should I be concerned? Is it possible to request a manual to you? Many thanks

Yesterday we an X1 Hybrid 6.0 D and 2 x 3.2 triple x batteries installed. However the installers could not get the country code to change to Spanish cRD1699 - with passcode 6868 - it appeared every support number did not take calls after 5pm UK time. I am just trying to gain some information to assist the installers because I am now without solar or backup as was the plan. Could the issue be that the clock/date needs to be set to allow this the country code to be altered? Just trying to find a reason why, Thanks
