Xálima is a house, in a distant island, located between the mountain and the sea.
Floating on water, where stone, steel, glass, wood and nature, built an Architecture dedicated to the senses .
All Xálima spaces are designed as a poem to the horizon framed by the sea.

Hypnotizing...looks like heaven to me. Beauty&Symplicity with interesting details. Yes, it ca be build with difficulty, yes..its exposed to weather, yes, the structure is not definitive...so what? Martin Ferrero made an exquisite work in virtual world, giving an image to many people dreams about good living. Tropical secluded rocky island with a gorgeous inside-outside living house. what else can someone want? For me more tropical fruit trees and solar panels to be more self sufficient hhhh :) Congrats to architect Martin Ferrero!!! We make the future ;)

Agree. Chinese Feng Shui philosophy is never to build on cliff of ocean, and never build on sand, because sand is part of ocean. Too precarious! Build on land, but never on top - too exposed to wind. Build between hills for protected shelter.

Impressive project and very nice design but I am not quite sure did the designer got some consult from structural engineers? Cause I saw some really thin floor with mass swimming pool in very large span without any columns support which a bit ambitious for me.

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!! I love the house i wish that was mine. I do not have words to describe the love that i fell for the house. It´s a beautifull house. I love all the "green" stuff and the pools. As I said shut up and take my money. BUT: We have to hire 10 maids; 30 gardeners, 5 guards and 5 top scientists to build a forge field to prevent the house from a tsunami (for example) and the 5 scientists have to prevent the house from an earthquake
