@@jasoncrecelius8379 but he is a mutant. The title is "10 worst things mutants have done". And the prefix "X-Men" is there for attraction since (most) mutants are associated with X-Men.

To be fair, the morlocks first appeared in 1983. Mutant Massacre happened in 1986, 3 years later. They were pretty much wiped out by the marauders.

I think you meant Mads Pryor for #9, not Jean Grey. Scott Summers left Pryor and his child when Jean returned.

nah, underage is a legal thing, as in below the age of consent. A big age gap or someone barely over the age of consent is significantly younger and that kind of relationship could be seen as very unethical but no, underage is just below the age of consent not being a lot younger.

The weirdest part about the X-Men are gay/POC logic is that I think most people would understandably be concerned if people with eye beams and metal claws were getting into gang fights in the streets…why Thor & IronMan are beloved in the same universe is a bit odd but still.

It never made sense for mutants to be hated for something they couldn't control while people like the Avengers, Fantastic Four, etc are loved. If anything, regular people should he scared of anyone with powers.

@@blackcomicnerd3657 mutants have no control over their powers much like people not having control of their skin color. back in the 60s when X-Men started, people were very wary about different races and treated them badly. mutants became that stand in to show how stupid and heartless those thoughts are to mankind. we're all humans. with the FF and Stark, they were accidents and therefore deserves pity. Thor is a god, you wanna piss that guy off, be my guest.

@@GoddessOfWhim2003 FF, Spider-Man, all of Spider-Man's villains, The Hulk, all of Hulks villains had no control over receiving their powers. and 99% of normal people have no idea how these people recieved their powers, if it was an accident or a mutation.

Wanda isn't a mutant. Neither is Quicksilver. Both of them were entirely at fault for House of M.

I think that the comics changed Quicksilver and Wanda's status because of the Age of Ultron movie. If they were still mutants, they would fall under the X-men movies which would be the property of Fox.
