In one episode we got the deadly tag team of Nightcrawler and Wolverine, the Summers Family fighting a horde of Prime Sentinels, Bastion’s on screen debut as one of the the biggest and most formidable villains in Marvel history, Magneto proving again why he’s one of the most OP characters in comics history, and Charles Xavier ending the episode with “To me, my X-men”. *AND THIS IS JUST PART ONE!!!* I don’t know if we can handle parts 2 and 3.

I loved how they matched Magneto's camp tattoo to how it's shown in the live action movies. Same number, same style, same location. Also, Beast's map showing a lot of activity in NW Australia gave me a chuckle. Unless there are some major changes in their version of Earth, that's a lot of converted humans chilling out in the middle of nowhere.

You had the original danger room training montage with Cyclops and Storm in the title sequence. Man Cable being Doctor Strange pulling 14000605 combinations. I think it's connected to the whole Beyond Good and Evil arc with Apocalypse and the axis of time. That's kind of the point of origin.

Watching the episodes the director recommended to watch before this was so rewarding. It dealt with the immediate aftermath of the Days of Future Past 2 parter, the Asteroid M arc, life without Charles Xavier and everything about those episodes led up to the magnificent moment of "Magneto Was Right"

By watching the episode. and give my opinion. It makes me let the visual spectacle, the characters that have appeared as the story progresses, make them more impressive and super memorable. And they manage to establish the balance that everything must be in a good frame. To put a degree of emotion, devastation, suspense, joy and an epic ending. X men without a doubt they have the best stories of all.

Val Cooper is definitely Val Cooper, unless Mystique's powers have evolved to remain undetectable by so many telepaths and olfactory sensitive mutants. No way even she would be apart of Bastion and Sinisters plans.

I suspect Bastion intended for Magneto to be released and conditioned him to do this. Have Magneto unleashed, forced into a world wide attack like this to disable the Prime Sentinels and then Bastion gets that as ammo to further paint the mutants as the villains to fully turn humanity against them. He can then follow up either with a newer model that's resistant to Magneto's power or maybe he's even able to turn other Marvel heroes against mutants and this sets up Avengers Vs X-Men.

Exactly what I thought. Magneto probably killed so many people you think of all the planes crashing on the next episode filled with innocent civilians. The Avengers are going to have to stop Magneto not knowing that Bastion is the mastermind(mold) behind it. But maybe they won’t do that here . I think they’re waiting for a big screen adaptation of that. But this will start the set up

Sure we've had great Nightcrawler moments/glimpses before but this was the portrayal I've been waiting for since a child. The balance of his good heart, poetic dialogue with his ability to destroy. I finally got to see Wolvie and "fuzzy/elf" do to work.

Showing how Nightcrawlers portals looked did two things. It was cool and it basically showed how it's not as over powered and he can't spam it. Going through them takes effort and moving those short spaces, think about how long he was in the portal.

They mean Bastion is a mutant in the classic sense of the word because he’s a human Sentinel hybrid that is an evolution from what came before. Evolution relies on mutations occurring (in addition to environment)

Val Cooper is a character in the comics so to me it never made sense for her to be Mystique she’s has value being Val plus it would’ve been a plot hole to make her Mystique. All the psychics would easily be able to know and wolverine would easily be able to smell her and know and the Sentinel that was identifying and killing mutants never said anything about her. Just another fan theory people ran with and I’m glad she is just Val

So far this episode was the very best one . Episode 5 was great as well but this was INSANE! My girlfriend was like WTF ! And she doesn’t get that hyped up for this kinda stuff ! But this felt more like I was watching the start of the 90’s comic it was so flipping good and fricken Nightcrawler man . The best new edition to the show. When he was talking about family and then when it’s all out war . You see who he is fighting along side him . And who both of they are protecting . He is with his very best friend ….. Wolverine. If you read X-Men growing up u would know there Very close but yeah great reaction guys !

So here's the fun thing about Bastion's origin: The chunk of Nimrod that found its way into that janitor, was from the episode "One Man's Worth" where Nimrod went back in time to kill Xavier when he was a college student, and Bishop teams up with alternate-reality versions of Wolverine and Storm have to save him (shown in the opening). The woman that janitor marries is the Waitress in that same episode who gets Logan and Storm kicked out of the diner for being an interracial couple. Talk about attention to detail!

13:07 important point with the family; Beast noted that Prime Sentinels are capable of reproduction, of establishing themselves as a species - but since only the parents transformed and not the children, this underscores that the Prime Sentinels haven't been arpund long enough to begin that process, and this is only just the first generation.

What i thought about this Episode of X-Men 97 was i enjoyed seeing Nightcrawler and Wolverine team up Taking the Prime Sentinels down one by one And i have to say that X-Men 97 is really and Truly upping Their game promoting these Episodes of scenes I've seen so far i Also like Fact that They decided put in the work Giving us cameos of Doctor Doom Baron Zemo Spiderman Silver Samurai and Omega Red i truly liked seeing those types of characters appear i really like what They're doing Especially at the End of Episode where Professor X makes An great entrance To me my X-Men where he Telepathically contacts Cyclops Jean Grey Storm and Beast which ended on a High note As our Cliffhanger for next Episodes to come.

The Animators did an ERROR.....pause @13:50 and you see the two Prime Sentinel, the one with a black and yellow school jacket with the letter "P" on it and the bald head one with a goatee is where Jean, Scott, and Cable is at...But then @18:05 when Roberto and Jubilee goes into Roberto's mom's party for help, the two Prime Sentinel that was chasing them, are the SAME Prime Sentinel, black and yellow school jacket with the letter "P" and bald head with goatee...HAHAHH How is they end up chasing Roberto and Jubilee when they was spotted attacking Jean, Scott, and Cable????? HELLO????

If Dr Doom says you have gone too far, you have probably gone too far. Also, why hasn't Wolverine touched Rogue? Surely giving her a taste of his healing factor would have helped.
