Yeah on this one I removed the pants completely. A little tricky because you have to remove the knee pads first. I think I may have left the top half of the boots on though, otherwise his legs would have been too short.

Thanks for asking, man. I really don't do commissions (trying to keep this a hobby as much as possible so it doesn't feel like work, haha). But to give you a ballpark of cost for something like that, it would start with the price of the base figure, and these are all getting a little harder to find, so their price is going up. If you find someone who does commissions and you can provide the figure, then you'd mostly just be paying for labor plus the other parts. In the end of the day, I think you'd be in around $300, and at that point, a Hot Toys or other 3rd party 1/6 of the same character wouldn't be too far off from that, and they're a larger scale. The economics of these things are weird, haha.
