看到悠悠抱著零食，小時候我也會這樣 XD 因為放進媽媽的籃子裡，就會被媽媽拿起來放回去 XD 只有抱著到櫃台結帳才有希望 XD 而且我是那種買完剛走出店門就急著開來吃的小孩，所以結帳後依然拿在手上的 (嗯，悠悠真的好乖...)

在新加坡有-大，小不同的夜市，我以前吃夜宵，都到珍珠城夜市，全部是熱炒，海鮮。還有其他的夜市，買民生用品，賣水果，搭計程車去，司機就可以告訴你新加坡有那些夜市。

這Bugis St是有夜市的feel啦不過早晚都有開而且是永久性的，跟其他臨時的所謂Pasar Malam又不一樣😅

地名武吉士Bugis的由来,是从百年前印尼的苏拉威西岛,锡江市（markassa)的武吉士人orang bugis 随季风航海到新加坡（淡马锡）与各国商人进行货物交换贸易,主要是香料,这地方是他们聚集的地,就以他们种族命名.

錫江市內住有錫江人及武吉士人。不同的是錫江人大部份住在錫江市，武吉士人分散住在南蘇拉威西省。它們有各自的方言，錫江話及武吉士話。

溫哥華的餐廳也都是18起跳😂！螺獅粉好吃啊～湯的更好吃湯好喝😊😊！有時想吃就去華人超市跟買泡麵一樣包裝的螺獅粉，回家加點肉片蔬菜非常好吃😊😊😊！

In Singapore... Beside going to work or attending some important meeting or function... Most people wear 'for the weather'... Meaning, we wear clothing suitable for the hot and wet weather of Singapore. Slipper or Sandal because its cool and allow a wet sweaty feet to dry (no foot fungus). Light and loose clothing help us stay cool in the hot weather... T-shirts and 3/4 pants with sandals is my usual clothing going out.

You are correct... ABC or Value$ is two similar shop that sells discounted items from Chocolate to everyday item. A lot of tourist and locals will buy chocolate from them. When my wife wants to send item back to the Philippines from Singapore, we usually go to our local Value$ shop and stock up on Chocolate to send home. Taste the same but a lot cheaper than what you pay at the supermarket. Lucky Plaza at Orchard Road is also another place to buy discount chocolate. Bugis or China Town is good to buy cheap souvenirs like fridge magnet and keychain of Singapore.

如果还没有回去的话可以到sembawang(三巴旺)那边去那边晚上有pasar malam(夜市)白天可以到财神庙和温泉

武吉士那一区以前是几条马路，后来改成步行街，再后来装修加盖了棚顶和冷气，才变成现在这个样子。20年前我在哪附近上班将近10年。。。😂 近10年间，大陆饮食文化入侵新加坡大街小巷，本土美食反而没有年轻一辈传承逐渐式微。

@@mikekwan2636 以新加坡现在的情况其实非常非常严峻了，毕竟年轻一辈都不喜欢工作时间长，环境油腻又闷热的小贩或餐饮业工作。

其实武吉士街 (bugis street) 严格来说不能算是夜市，因为是一整天都有营业的。我好久没去了不过记得二楼也有一些店面所以你可能错过了。ABC mart 新加坡到处都有，好像是产品是从一些低税门道入口所以比较便宜。如果想找一些便宜又多元化的物品可以考虑去小印度区的 Mustafa 那里更多可以买的就可能感觉比较混乱脏乱不过东西也都很便宜。至于甜品本人是很推荐那排着长龙的阿秋，还有记得吃。都是比较好吃的传统甜品。

我们真正的夜市只有移动式的 Pasar Malam。地点不定。通常在一个地点大概一个月然后换。

小U这么小就开始赚钱了啊😂她这年龄还真高啊！ U爸U妈有没有考虑当兼职美食主播啊？我只能说新加坡的租屋是 99年哦。和香港的公屋有分别，而且平方比较大。当然也得考虑地点，例如说才成熟区，物价比较高。其实我觉得你们应该去趟建屋局看看 😊 480 Lor 6 Toa Payoh, Singapore 310480 那里也有很多很多的商店！

Bugis not really a street market.. more like street mall. But Spore do have street market , we call pasa malam lol.. every month at different parts of Singapore.

终于看到一个游客说新加坡的东西便宜。其实新加坡有很多便宜的地方跟小贩中心，不要像某些游客投诉新加坡很贵因为他们只去高档的地方吃。

其实新加坡的东西为什么会便宜，这是政府千方百计挤出来的。可能很多百姓不太理解（包括我在内），自从我在台湾住了一年，我才理解到新加坡政府已经尽最大的努力来帮助我们。但是，我还是认为还可以进步的空间。

I wish we could have a night market in here but the sanitation laws are pretty strict things like what temperatures for the food shortage 😅 and cold food and hot food are different and when storage thing together the raw meat and the vegetables should be in a separate area and raw meat can't be on the top of the shelf because they don't want the juices to drip down on the vegetables and when cooked food should be stored about certain temperatures to prevent food Born illnesses 😅 one of my kids last week ate some hamburger My wife made but she didn't store it right so my kids got sick her stomach aches and she had diarrhea plus vomiting and those were sign of food poisoning 😢 but after she did those she felt better and slept whole day to recover I was in the Taiwanese night market and knowing about the sanitation I was kind afraid to eat the food 😢 I actually got sick one time I visited Taiwan my girlfriend at the time took me to a out door Susi place 😅after i ate couple of it i don't feel good so i said to her i need to go back to My room 😢 I just barely got back and I lost everything in the toilet 😅😨 It was so bad I feel My stomach is going to come out 😱😭🥲 and I did feel better after that but I was in bed for three days and don't feel like eating 😭 I think the raw fish is bad or the rice is but I think it's the seafood they spoil fast 😢 and now I don't eat sushi or chicken or any kind of seafood unless I know it's fresh even hamburgers meat chicken those spoil fast I prefer steak if I can because the bacteria usually grow on the surface once cooked It will die so it's little safer 😅 but if it's spoiled inside I can usually taste it chicken is hard to cook it good and I don't want to eat a chicken still bleeding raw blood that is where the bacteria developed even if the meat is cooked but the meat close to the bone is raw and bloody I would put it in the microwave to cook it again 😂 at my age I am not like when I was younger can recover quickly 😢 so I am really becareful on what I eat and when I feel sick I let my body to take care Itself vomiting and diarrhea are Linda good because it will get the toxic out of the body it took me awhile to figure it out even when there are medicine to treat the symptoms I tried not to take it unless I feel really terrible then I go to the emergency room for treatment 😢 and usually after I vomit or have the diarrhea I need to drink more water too replenish the water I lost from them and I tried to drink warm water and that seems to help My stomach to settle down 😅

武吉士區算是新加坡的阿拉伯區(華人牛車水.印度人小印度.芽籠區馬來人)新加坡四大種族分佈....水果因為進口馬來西亞物資多所以比較便宜

这是翻新过的Bugis... 60-70年代，这里是外国水手和人妖，三教九流聚集的地方。。走过这商场就是三马路，四马路有一间香火非常鼎盛的观音庙，去那里求签都会实现的。。

Bugis street 其实还有第二与第三楼，有更多店铺。Liang Seah Street每个周五到周日变成步行街，更多人了。

新加坡有清潔城市的虛名，其實很多非遊客區滿地垃圾，電梯裡有垃圾，居民也把自家的東西都擺放在公共走廊，妨礙市容。那些罰款只是針對遊客區，平民住宅區都沒人管

Exactly, there are many foreigners often mistaken Singapore must be a vy strict country cos we have so many warning signs of fine😂But they have no idea these signs are everywhere to REMIND everyone(esp visiting FOREIGNERS & foreigners living in S’pore) the fines in Singapore, we have to put those signs cos many foreigners living in SG are indeed from 3rd world countries. 🤭

Can u just say the products in Singapore are affordable instead of CHEAP??? The prices will raise in near future because u said these products u mentioned are cheap. The high cost of living in Singapore had already made most Locals lost of hope.😢

I’m Singaporean of 6th generation. I don’t even step into those china noodle shops that u claimed to be vy smelly.😂Yes they are vy strange to me too & I still cannot get used to that smell whenever I pass by those kind of china shops. FYI, They aren’t even Singaporean food & don’t represent our Southeast Asia food!!🤭😂
