Peaceful easy feeling after strenuous exercising ======================================= My first love is the sport, and it will always be my priority. I regularly play 1 hour of tennis (3x a wk). I make sure that my children go for a sport that they like & pay for their training lesson. Exercise is important. It helps to boost endorphin levels and improving mood & negate your mental stress. Endorphins ,HAPPY Chemical in our body will help you to relieve stress, keep your body healthy, physically & mentally. Many people have to deal with stress every day. It is difficult to avoid office politics in your workplace. You feel moody & mentality stress at work as you not be able to CHANGE them. Regular exercise will help reduce stress and improve your mental stress health.

Julia is what SG govt considers a foreign talent. Very motivated and passionate in doing what she is good at. Gender is irrelevant. Equal opportunities for both genders. Those who are more outstanding went on to US to do their PhD and returned to SG to become university dons or researchers. Her life is interesting and fulfilling. She will become an excellent entrepreneur.

nonsense, the only way to get new high-quality genes is to recruit them when young, therefore, they need their carer and support structure, who is better than their own family members, in fact, Sons are the ones we need the most, why, because of NS, we need soldiers who can defend the country and therefore we need them young to be "culturized ". so, we tried to get such quality genes from all over Asia, from India, ASEAN to China, of course, we will prefer from all over the world but not everyone can accept the Singaporean conservative and perfectionist culture. it is what the us and other western countries does all along as well but thanks to their decoupling and racist policies, it is no longer that attractive. if you think Singaporeans are smart, wait till you see a young Indian or Chinese migrant that comes here by merit, my Indian Neighbour who lived in a 2 room 1 hall HDB flat with both father and mother working for the only son, the son not only score top but can go to RI, one fine day when you have old people problem and go to see your local doctor, don't be surprised to see that son as your local doctor. as long as Singapore welcomes all migrants and take care of all who are willing to stay, we will always have some of the best that the world can offer.
