This recipe I learned from my sister, who created it. The taste is equally awesome, if not more than the one we have in restaurants. This will be the best Mother's Day meal for our parents.
Ingredients:
1 fish head or half
2 Japanese tofu (slices into pieces and deep fry)
3 carrots (slice thinly and blanch)
1 pack of spring peas (blanch and soak in cold water)
1 pack of baby corn (blanch and soak in vold water)
1 can of button mushroom (slices into half)
2 pieces of ginger (julienne)
5 - 7 shallots (slices thinly)season with oyster sauce, soya sauce, and white pepper.
