1. The following are the detailed recipes:
- 450g Lean Pork (into slices)
- 1 tbspn shao Xin Wine (绍兴酒
- 1 tbspn sugar 糖
- 1.5 of fermented beancurd (南乳)
- 1 tbspn light soya sauce 酱油
- 1 cup of Hup Loong frying powder
- 1 cup of Gogi Tempura powder (Thai product)
- 2 eggs
- Marinate for at least 1 hour, if can keep it for 2 hours like I do.
- Dip the marinated meat into the egg and then lightly coat with flour (mixture of Hup Loong and Gogi powder)
- Deep fry till golden colour
