依士干达(iskandar)有五个zone, 分为A B C D E, 整个Iskandar有三个新加坡那么大而不是什么三角洲,大多数的高楼只在Zone A 也就是 坡底的商业地带,然后一堆堆的在金海湾,森林城市和Medini, 並没有所说的高楼到处都是。。 很大部份是有地屋,而且是有人住的,本地人有能力的会买别墅,半独立,排楼,排屋,以此类推。。有些人选择公寓因为地点或预算的关系。。森林城市在西边就是靠近往新加坡去的第二通道,最近我们首相也证实了森林城市就是我们的经济发展区,也会给予居民相关的特别税务优惠,可惜你没去走走看看这被很多人误解的美丽地方,现已有特设巴士往来新加坡。。Iskandar 以外还有好多的各县各区各村都值得去体验因为柔佛州真的好大哦。。
Aiya yr friends 80k apartment is considered low to mid cost house. Dont blow til the quality is similar to those 500k to 800k more atas environment lah. Yes rental wise it could yield better, but its rental rate wont go further and above 300k to 500k rental. Does his apartments got pool and other facilities? Carparking podium or assignment carpark lots?
Might as well walk to Woodlands checkpoint in Singapore... Same distance... Princess cove position is rather awkward...half way between Woodlands and Bukit Chagar ... You can only board the train at these 2 stations... Look near but useless

Mahsing from begining its quality and price appreciation always very bad. The co also lack of creativity and basically MS never hold land. They buy a piece of land and will launch something quicker than you said Hi. They will pack the land with maximum units and will give u more bedrooms, smaller size and lower price. Nothing luxury abt MS products. Also their projects always having many lelong units once vp.
