I bought this and im confused. Does this one have motion sensor to detect and record if anyone come in my yard or is this just to see who is at the door wne they ring?

It's automatically recorded when somebody click the doorbell and nobody answer it. You can review it on your cellfone apps.

Hi, I've had no problems binding or using thus it works fine for me. But what about when I'm not home amd using phone data not wifi??? Seems It doesn't send any notifications when I'm not at home..is there a way to use it away from home. Otherwise this product is pretty useless

My son experienced that also. When he is not at home and using also his data, before the unit notify him but suddenly notification stop, what we do is to reboot it and connect it again step by step, and it works again. Thanks

Hello, try to check your connection wifi/router. Try also reboot the unit and follow step by step agaiin. Be sure that your wifi compatibility and paired properly. Thanks

Bought one. Pero hindi naman real time yun response ng video sa cellphone. I counted 20 seconds bago ma detect or mg notify sa cellphone. Is there a way na mapabilis?

Maybe sa signal ng area po siguro idol. Pagbumibitaw ang signal or net natin delay po response ng unit. Try to reboot po and follow step by step again. Para ma refresh. Salamat po

Mines connects too Bluetooth and then once it gets to 90% it says connection/paired failed. Not sure what to do? Been tryna repeat the steps and my Wi-Fi is good. Please help

Yes po, na try ko na sa office ako may nag Doorbell nag notify sa cellfone ko. Pag dimo nasagot agad naka auto log or record kung sino nagdoorbell. Thanks

Rechargeable po. Matagal tagal din, may percentage indicator sa apps po. Ang sakin matagal umaabot ng 1 buwan or lampas ng isang buwan po.

Try to reboot the unit first and uninstal the app on your cellphone and download again.. Then follow step by step the instruction again. Be sure is connected 4g wifi. Thanks

Hello maam/sir, kindly reboot it 1st then follow the step by step again in manual. Actually X9 doesn't support 5G wifi. But try to select the 2.4G wifi channel and start binding. Thanks
