Engine rinse test - Xado Atomex Total Flush
How was the contaminated oil formed?
It is overdone mineral oil from diesel, in which I dissolved the towot. Then the oil was heated up until it ignited. This procedure was repeated 5 times. In addition, I added lithium grease, ceramic grease, motodrite and addition of MoS2. The resulting oil is difficult to wash.
In each sample there is 1.5ml of contaminated oil (I have a large supply). The oil is distributed throughout the sample. Then the sample is tested on a closed circuit machine - at the end there is a motor cleaner (description in the video). Machine working time 1 minute.
Then it evaluates the condition of the test tube.

The sulfation (black dot in the tube), was dissolved. But it made some foaming.

Не очень правильный тест. Циркуляция плохая, масло очень вязкое. Для всех моющих масляную систему средств, на интервале от 200 до 1000 км, нужна высокая температура и хорошая циркуляция. Это Вам не 5 или 10 минутная промывка, на основе спиртов и растворителей. Она рсчитанна на 200 км в горячем масле.

The test is wrong. Temperature and pressure are not even close to those in an engine.

To jest ta płukanka, przelana do innego naczynia. Nie mieściły mi się przewody przez szyjkę butelki... Producent podaje że jest to płukanka z rewitalizantem. Podobno płucze i jednocześnie zabezpiecza.

Anymous to nie jest płukanka na bazie nafty tylko olej mineralny z dużą ilością dodatków myjących. Na tej plukance można normalnie jeździć. Ja z Xado soft w silniku ( podobny środek) zrobiłem 400 km.

@@tomasnokechtesledger1786 thx for reply but in my 150 cc I have use Castrol bike shampoo and afterwards at full Throttle felt clutch is slipping and top end reduced to 10-12 kmph is that possible because of flush or any other reason may responsible. Thx

@@badsbiker If right after the flush the condition started, it may be related, Maybe some dirt was trapped in clutch and may clean it up, by usage by centrifuge. Keep using very lightly for a few days and revise clutch condition. The solvent don't make it slip more, on the contrary, because it reduces lubricity. There's no more penetration property than the original lube. It may clean up. Now, if you didn't put any solid lubricant added to the oil, like molybdenum or graphite, it may grab fine again. But don't stress the clutch with full power slippage and such. If you put solid lubricant of any form, that may be the culprit, so change the oil again asap.

@@tomasnokechtesledger1786 really helpful answer, please can you suggest me few brands currently I put Motul 5100 10w-30 semi synthetic and after flush I pour a Honda dedicated oil which have only a Jaso Ma spec and right after when I stretched the throttle I found this.

@@badsbiker I can't see any problems with your procedures. Both oils are really good brand. Motul 5100 may still have some ester on it which is great to keep an engine clean. The Honda 10w30 oil MA compatible is also superb for the clutch. Keep doing what yet doing. The clutch may resume fine operation in a few hundred kms. I like the ELF Racing 4T that I use, but it's a 10w60 PAO, a little on the tick side. Apart that, any major brand bike specific semisynthetic or 100% synthetic oil on the right grade, will give you several thousand miles trouble free.

Not working because very slow flush!!!! Bad experiment!!! When you used liqui moly flush is working very fast flush.
