Ahh yes, SOAD, where Armenian folk music meets metal. I just love how it “gallops” and how smart the lyrics are.

Welcome to system of a down, this may be their biggest but by no means the best. Try toxicity, question, b.y.o.b tbh just pick any system song and you’ll have a good time

Now that's a reaction of RESPECT! You even hold up to not pause too much, and by doing this you kept your mind in the right place. When you are reacting you MUST FORGET ABOUT US and FOCCUS ON THE CONTENT you're reacting...that way your immersion will be bigger and your reaction will be better, making your channel grow.

Suite-Pee, Spiders, ATWA, Streamline, Forest, Bounce, Toxicity, Aerials, Prison Song, Nuguns, BYOB, Hypnotize, This Cocaine Makes Me Feel Like I’m On This Song (yes, that’s a real song title). Just off the top of my head. They’re amazeballs. Unique, creative, serious chops. Enjoy!

Ha ha.....oh boy. I subbed to your channel bc I was excited to watch you discover the unique genius of Tool and Maynard and now you've just stumbled across another unique genius band with one of the most artistically diverse vocalists on the planet! Say hello to Serj Tankian. The metal gods must be calling out to you my man!! Trust me when I say you're just getting the tip of the iceberg with this one. Going down the SOAD rabbit hole will consistently blow your mind and trust me you'll never see what's coming next with this band, much like Tool in that respect but of course these are two very different animals. Too many great songs to list all of em but just to name a few you should check out Sugar, Toxicity, BYOB, Aerials, Question, Spiders, Holy Mountains. The deeper you dive the more treasures you'll find. I'm excited to watch your journey, I have a feeling those metal gods are just getting started with you!

SOAD is one of the most versatile bands out there. Aside from their "Armenian Thrash" sound that bounces all over the place musically, their lyrics range from emotional to political to funny - sometimes all in one song. The big standouts have been mentioned in other comments here, but I'll give an extra upvote to "Prison Song" for its powerful message. Also, "Sugar" is good if you want to check out their more humorous side.

In the early 90’s, grunge was evolving out of a metal/punk combination…While bands like System of a Down, Rage Against the Machine, Body Count, even the Red Hot Chilli Peppers were creating a more metal/rap combination. It was a magical time for music. And then Hannah Montana happened and nothing has ever been the same. 😅🫠

If you like the blues I think you would enjoy hearing Beth Hart singing "Caught out in the rain" Live at The Royal Albert Hall (2018), as well as Beth Hart with Joe Bonamassa performing "I'd rather go blind" Live in Amsterdam. If you decide to go down the Beth Hart rabbit hole you will find a musical genius with so much soul it will blow your mind!

Since youre on a Drum kick, you have got to checkout Led Zeppelin`s, In My Time of Dying! This is Mr. John Bohnam beating the shit out of the Drums like they Owe him some Money! Its must....and if you wanna go straight to the top of Bohnam`s display of Drumming virtuosity, checkout "Moby Dick", the Live version is best!

Who does he think HE is?!? Serj! May I offer some constructive criticism in the way of perhaps not trying to act like Shaq or anything for the viewers, but rather just be yourself. React as you would as someone who is really listening to and appreciating the music vs chasing likes & clicks. 🤷♂️ Authenticity outlasts fake engagement, and the viewers can tell right off the bat if you're keeping it real.
