Discussing the perfume "brand" who expects you to simply purchase products after they claim to stand on them, and when there is an issue with your product, they refuse to fix them. Then had my personal information on a live video how unprofessional and unethical. You don't get to violate customer privacy because you don't like what I said, and refuse to give a proper response for a customer having a problem with your product. This is not a matter of me not liking a perfume this perfume did not have vanilla in it. Let's talk about it.
