I'm watching this trying to gleam some learning off of this and I can't help but notice that you don't really poly that often. I can see that a lot of that is just positioning by both you and the opposing healer. Thoughts around when to use poly in SS?

Kinda? But having unholy on your team isn't great, demo's great, but it's mostly just avoiding classes you don't play well with or against (like hunter)

They dont usually do that i think...going after healer after they swap ..i mean..they got instant bursty heals to go back up to 60/70 %

It's definitely possible but being able to pull something like that off is another story. Like it has to be perfect timing without any stops from 3 enemies while being in LoS with the healer and having a glacial ready, ect

its great for countering bursts of any class for when your healer might not be able to help you

Solo shuffle is generally about damage output right now, not really going for CC and single targeting

Frost is a very average spec. It has good damage and is good against melee but its burst is very telegraphed and it's a lot worse against priest who can just MD your strongest defensive.
