@@s_d_1200 As a culer myself, I disagree. Arteta is just doing it like Pep (not saying that it is necessarily a bad thing, but yeah Mikel is copying Pep) while Xavi brings his own character. Calms the dressing room. And I think that these group talks aren't that all important in his style. He connects with the players personally. Both are very difrrent styles, and both works

What a nice top 4. La liga might look weaker to you in general, but i'm telling you, spanish teams play war on the field, and you realize it when they face clubs from other countries. Just because the premier league is inflated with big names does not mean the standards are higher. Spanish domincance in europe will forever remain

he is a calm person in general, he was calm as a player as well. I think he got one red card in his carreer. But as a manager, its different, when you see something unjustified (either a referee decision or a tackle), you feel that you need to stand up for your players on the pitch. He said something similar in the video: "I'll defend you to death in the press conferences"

For me is Xavi! But first you should understand that the pressure in the 2 teams are different!!! One the coach is expected to qualify for top 4 and the other is tasked to win trophies and play tiki taka as well

Wasn’t motivation if you watched. He’s trying to tell them something on the pitch, maybe listen? The drawings and the scenarios are experienced of what Mikel feels when he’s at his best on the pitch and he’s giving arsenal players the tips to tap into that mental state of being untouchable on the field
