The argument that Vitor isn't ready doesn't make sense, during the season he was once substituted in conservative games and he scored 2 goals, but after the red card he disappeared and clearly the boy was gaining some confidence but now we'll never know how things were gonna turn out coz Xavi never gave him minutes afterwards. And if Xavi is really teaching Roque he would give him 10 minutes every now and then to assess his progress.
