Lacks a bit of speed to play on the wing, lacks a bit of physicality to play in the heart of the game, so he still needs to work on that, especially the second point which is more attainable.

And don't mention Neymar because Neymar's career fall down was because of his own mistakes and life out of the pitch, if you're serious and you've got the talent you will make it anywhere + now PSG have one of the best coaches in Europe and is already turning young talents such as zaire emery and barcola and vitinha into fine players, stop a bit with the hate and know your facts before talking.
