Terminologies:
BS: Battle Spells are extra abilities any hero can equip. Never forget to check if you have the appropriate BS based on your line up and the enemy team's line up. This can only be set up prior the game which is during the draft pick/preparation phase.
CC: Crowd Control is the act of disabling heroes. (Stun, Slow, Silence, Root Etc.)
Objectives: Jungle Objectives such as the Turtle, Lord etc. This also includes Turrets, and of course, the opposing team's base.
Camping: The act of hiding and attempting to Gank a hero multiple times with the intent of preventing its growth.
Freeze/Lane Freezing: Act mostly done on the Side lanes to prevent over exposure. Mostly done during the earlier stages of the game, or when enemies aren't visible in the mini map.
Carry: Can be any hero with the potential of flipping the sides of the coin in battle, or in other words, carrying an entire team to victory!
MM/ADR: Marksmen also known as Attack Damage Ranged, are usually a squishy hero with low to minimal survivability which has the potential to carry the entire team especially in the late game if fed enough. Normally farms dominantly on the lane.(Bottom Lane)
Assassin/ADC: Attack Damage Carries also known as Assassins, are usually squishy but with high mobility, these heroes also has the potential to carry the entire team. Unlike MMs though, most if not all Assassins are melee. Normally uses the Jungle as a farming area as oppose to laning.
Offlaner: Usually are fighters or even tanks with good minion sweeping potential and high sustain and survivability. Though not the norm, some offlaners are known to have the potential to carry an entire team. Dominates the Top Lane.
Tank: High HP pool, high resilience, and survivability are the qualities of a Tank. Normally sacrifices itself for the Core Hero(es).
Support: Extremely versatile heroes which can either have high survivability, or hard CC, usually with skills able to empower a number of heroes with buffs, heals, etc.

in the match that I played with him I got iqw as the first item, then the boots, immortality, war axe and as the last item I got blood lust axe

Ahh you went with the full damage build huh? Yeah, I'd get BLA too if I were headed that route. Have the spellvamp compensate for the lack of defense and HP. Most effective when up against Sun or heroes with low defenses especially line ups that lack tanks (Pure support focused)

Yeah, it's alright. I think that nerf is well deserved, IQW is pretty broken on XB. Also, he is still good without it, he is just extra better when equipped with IQW. I experimented and was successful numerous times with a build without IQW. Besides, his ult has a slowing effect anyway, so he is still super helpful in teamfights

Mine depends, most games CDR and sustain, a lot of games, sustain and defense. But when our team is on a roll, I opt for more damage,.

What are some common mistakes X-borg mains make?

Buying too many damage items unnecessarily. -This is ok especially if your team is dominating the game. It's fun, and can be helpful in making their comeback near impossible, but for games that are neck to neck or fairly even just like this? It's not a good idea. Getting more defensive items to help the team soak in some damage for your teammates is better. Activating the Ultimate prematurely. -In most situations, it's best spamming his S1 first. Deal as much damage as possible without using XB's ultimate. It's almost never a good idea to start with the Ult. 1. They might escape it especially if you do not have your S2 which allows XB to pull enemies towards him. 2. They might have enough HP to chase XB after using his ultimate. Keep in mind that his HP is extremely low after using an Ultimate so a lot of enemies can see this as an opening. Not using CDR items. -It's ok if you prefer defense, but it's better if you get defensive items with CDR. A very tanky XB is great when you're behind, but if you are leading, even if not by so much, getting CDR is better. CDR improves your damage output by decreasing his skill cooldowns. In any game where you are not behind, I suggest getting items like Oracle, Bruteforce Breastplate, and Queen's wings. Only get items like Antique, Athena, Blade armor, Radiant, Twilight, and Domi Ice when absolutely necessary. Usually, I get a combination of both item types just like in the video. In addition to Immortality (Core defensive item) I also had Bruteforce, Oracle, and Antique Cuirass. Not using S2 with Ult. -His S2 is a pretty powerful control skill able to prevent enemies from escaping. use it as a combo with his Ult. And when using it, aim it towards the escape route of your enemies.

Yup. S29 and probably S30 is tough for him. Still amazing in pushing, but against an experienced Exp laner, split pushing is easier said than done

XB is not a combo heavy hero. It's all about timing with him. The only combo he has is S1 or ult + S2 to prevent his targets from stepping outside of his range.

That wasn't the point of the video. The main focus is why XB is a good hero pick. Part of that is his ability to recover from falling behind which is the main selling point of this video. I always try to also minimize the length as much as I can. Notice that most of my videos are compacted to around 8-10 minutes only. For algorithm, CTR, and retention purposes. I hate it when videos are too long since they usually end up having bad retention. So whenever I get the chance, I create something closer to 8-10 mins. The first death was when XB invaded the orange buff alone, then the other one was a turret dive from Lance and Leomord. Nothing can be learned from either deaths. Just risks of being an independent exp laner. I do post deaths on other videos, as long as those deaths are relevant to the topic, or there can be something learned from them. Yeah, because it's bad. It's the only item I never buy. It's only useful if you just literally started the game and had 0 emblems, once you do have access to that, then it becomes useless.
