Makes sense, since the Xbone probably won't be able to be sold in Europe (what Microsoft has in place for the Xbone's used/loaned game market is technically illegal according to the European courts).

Both Valve and Nintendo have been looking into a used-game service for Digital titles. I'm not sure how it'll work and they aren't really talking about it yet, but the fact that they even brought it up in the 1st place means that used-games may survive long into the future.

I'm actually planning on getting a Wii U this generation. It looks like it will be worth it. I already have a PS3 and a PC.

You can lend your game to people, if they pay full price. That's pretty much guaranteed at this point. You can however, play a game on another system IF you sign in with your own account.

Well for me I'm one of the ones that keep giving consoles another try only to get bored and go back to my computer because the games are just more diverse (and cheaper). Heh, I was the only one that didn't see the big deal with Goldeneye or Halo because I had Unreal Tournament and Tribes.

The sony Conference was pretty MEH to me, but now, in perspective, its amaaaazing.

And I have had system freezes less than a year after I bought it. I haven't had a sony product since the PS1, but ...sheesh.

14:39 Also with steam after you install it you can play on offline mode which allows both people to play games at the sametime, of course the offliner won't be able to play multiplayer but thats the only downside.

Watched Fraser's reaction live and learned this news right alongside him. I'm not an Xbox fan, but this has legitimately depressed me.
