The order DOES MATTER, after waiting this time, plug just the power brick, WITHOUT plugging into the console, see if the light stays orange and then plug into the Xbox, this is on the Xbox help page (reset your power supply)

Idk how this did it for me but it worked in a way, so I've had a solid orange light all day and nothing would work, I then saw this and tried one method, when i unplug the part of the brick from the power strip but keep the brick connected to the xbox I can hit the power button 4 times before the light completely goes off due to no power source, and I timed it right when the white light was on for a split second before going back to orange, and it turned the xbox right on as soon as I timed it right plugging in the cord attacked to the power outlet back to the brick.. again thanks man

Unplug ya brick for 15mins get a USB cord for ya controller plug everything in and turn on ya xbox with the controller trust me works

Then it's your Xbox dummy. Don't you read the comments? It worked for multiple people if it doesn't for you then you need a new Xbox or new ac adapter.
