Don’t listen to the negative reviews of this console. Literally the only thing that sucks about this is the 512GBs but you can get the external Hard drive for $92 at best buy or where ever and be fine. Games looks and play amazing on this console. Not to mention how small it is compared to the Series X. I love the texture on the triggers as well.

Yeah just get a external drive for last gen games, and use internal for optimized/new games.

I just bought this console on christmas 2021, I cant believe how good it is. Extremely quiet, small, clean finish and powerful; games look clean, nice and amazing even when compared to Series X and PS5. Plus, they are actually in stock! I highly recommend this console.

yeah. if u are impatient and don't want to wait get yourself a series S. yes the X is the better one. Still it's next gen better than an Xbox One and PS4. PS5/Digital Edition, and Xbox Series X/S are all great next gen consoles

@@Uc6209 Bro the series s is really good, however i doubt theres xbox series x stock on this year, i would recommend buying a xbox series if u have a 60hz monitor/tv, if u got a 4k/120hz tv then u gotta wait to buy the series x

@@idxrkmxch4499 Thanks for the recommendation, if that's what I was thinking so I will wait until November to buy them in physical format, I have an LG Oled C1 and the good thing is that it has HDMI 2. 1 inputs and that 4K and 120 hz is not a problem, I enter in doubt to wait to buy the Series X as the Series S is very good but the only thing that bothers me about it is its 512GB, I know I can put more with an external memory or a hard drive but the problem is that these 2 do not accept Next Gen games, otherwise I would buy the Series S without problem, that's why I have many doubts but I think I better wait.

Yes I got one in December it’s so awesome I wanted to get the ps5 but I’m not sure if those are even real at the moment I’ve got a storage expansion on the way from Amazon with 1tb on it and my friend has an old 4K monitor he’s gonna give me since he’s getting a new one for his birthday so I can’t way to hook this baby up to that

Damn the Xbox series S is a beast. Probably my favorite console to this point. I’ve been a long time Sony Fan but this is my favorite machine. Was going to get the Series X but I just bought Two Series S instead, so me and my children can enjoy the previous games. I’ve only had the original XBOX.

@@applypressure1948 honestly it’s not bad. My children only play a few games at a time and the biggest space user is fortnite. On mine on the other hand I bought the sea gate storage expansion and that’s only because I travel and don’t get to finish my games until I get back.

I’m getting a ps5 because Of the ability to port over my games from PS4 otherwise I would have definitely gone for the Xbox series x, but now that I know that this series s is soo low budget and affordable while offering basically the same experience on the series x, I’ll definitely be picking one up aswell

I got one a while back and I have to say this is my favorite console I have ever touched. 120 frames and good quality , many games, great controller , FANTASTIC price, and hardly any input delay. Love this release , it’s great

I think I figured out why the relaxing end is actually so relaxing. No commentary, no upbeat music. Just you, the box, and unboxing noises. It's like as if I was unboxing it myself. Who knew box-ASMR could be so addicting. Great unboxing by the way

Honestly, I wanted to get a next gen console when they first released. I had the money and everything, but all I see nowadays is shops constantly saying “out of stock” and the only places I can see them are other websites on the internet going for a price that’s more ludicrous than the original. If that’s what it takes to get a PS5 or an Xbox Series X then I’d rather take my chances with a Series S instead.

As you think of it the only difference between the X and the S is that the X has more storage and plays blue ray disc. The S is 80% identical to the X for half the price. That’s why I went with the S.

Holy sh*t, the comparison shot of the 3090 is striking! While it mostly exemplifies just how massive the 3090 is, the Series S looks so damn tiny relative to it. An angled shot of the 2 would have been amazing given the 3090 FE's triple slot design ; )
