I've always been a PlayStation fan, but I really like the 360 Slim from that generation, games were better optimized and overall liked the style. First time owning an Xbox was during the pandemic. The 360s are super cheap and the games are cheap. That was a time when Microsoft knew what they were doing. The PS3 is still a great machine, but seemed like it was held back too much by Sony's decisions at that time.

Yea Sony really saved the PS3 with the good exclusives at the end of its lifespan. Good days when Xbox gave Sony a run for it's money and they had to work hard to beat the competition. A lot of good games from both sides.

Agreed. I have both of them and have always leaned more towards PS3, but in my opinion the 360 controller was just better and more comfortable. The PS4/5 controllers were a huge improvement, and even better, they can be used on the PS3.

@@noneyabusinesshomie Of course you can, just plug the controller into the PS3 and you’re good to go. You can also connect them wirelessly via Bluetooth, but they don’t work with every single game though and some features with the 4/5 controller won’t work while using them on the PS3.

PS3. I was one of those kids who convinced my parents to buy it bc it played Blu-Ray discs and was cheaper than Blu-Ray players at the time lol. Having said that, years later I got an Xbox One and caught up on a lot of 360 games. Looking back, I regret not also getting a 360 during its prime bc I think I would've enjoyed it more than my Xbox One

There both core memories, but the xbox 360 steals my heart. the only games i really played on the ps3 were sonic riders, minecraft and the gameboy collection.

I had both. On 360 I had the best times playing halo and Minecraft. When I got the ps3 I mainly played black ops 2. Good times.

I lucky to get both and they pretty equal tbh amazing exclusive on both and somewhat active multiplayer on both

I really like the 360 controller but I have a PS5 and still play my PS3 to this day. PS3 INCREDIBLE console. Biggest technological leap ever in console history was PS2 to PS3
