A super fun solo playstyle is the rat sniper. It's super simple grab a sniper grab a tent you are unraidable and only have what you need maybe a spare kit. But building big isn't the goal. Notching your rifles stock is the goal and you dont need a big base to achieve that. it's too much fun and has a really nice nomadic bandit survivor feel to it.

Nice game ! I always play alone, but I'm far away from your booths. But I always explain that with the fact that I'm older myself and well, the eyes are slowly fading a bit. But I now enjoy such videos more than ever. was almost like a small feature film. Good work and keep it up 👍👍

You should definitely get a group of people and make that area a super bunker.

That bunker base needs way more doors and peak spots. Also every so often you should really have barrels with loot in them so you can quickly reload up with ammo and grenades. You did a good job. But you should have done way more with the base. I would have had a maze of doors and walls and peak holes. Made them use like 30 C4s just to get in.

Yet again another banger of a video! Now to wait for the next one 🥲, have you ever considered a BTS sort of style or something like that for a second channel? (Understandable if not it’s a lot of work)

I’ve got about 1k hours on DayZ, solo only. Here and there ran duo with a random adventurer. But I enjoy the challenge of solo DayZ.

It's a shame the alliance with your neighbours couldn't come in clutch at the end there, i know, sorta defeats the purpose of a solo campaign if you call for back up, but still, a nice pincer defence of that stairwell would have been even more satisfying than how well you held your own...

I played as a solo player for 4 years. And I learned how to survive. I would stay on the edges of the map, traveling light and having small back pack and gillie suit. My shelter would be small tents and creates stashed in remote locations. I would recommend writing down a description of your hidden stash. Every stash had some kind of gun, ammo, knife, meds, food, water, matches and clothes.

As someone who doesn't play dayz, I understand that if someone shoots at you, it doesn't mean they inherently mean trouble. Just that they go by the rules of shoot first, ask questions later. If you kill each other in the field and later find out you're neighbours, they might end up being your best friends

I picked up this game a month ago and put in about 150 hours now. Been solo the hole time and it's tough. Not many friendly players at spawns and I'm old and none of my mates are willing to pick up this game for PC and I won't play it on console. Solo is all I know.
