Bro i have also gtx 1650 and i am getting 90-100 fps which is playeble for me but my screen fluttering when i run in game my screen stop and my fps is still good but i am getting screen fluttering issue. Sorry my English is a little bit weak😅😅

If you have updated nvidia drivers to letest drivers.try downgrade drivers to 1or 2 previous versions. And let me know the result bro
