Wow! Lots of things to talk about! First things first, the title "Wego Wego" is actually pronounced "We Go, We Go" as two separate words. They just write it as one word in the title, but it's meant to be the English phrase "We Go." You can hear them clearly pronouncing it in the chorus as "We Go," but you were too busy grooving to those instrumentals to notice. I won't blame you for that. It's my bad for not clarifying that in the intro. Second... I'm floored! I had a hunch you'd enjoy this track, but your score surprised me! For those of you out there who may not know about David's channel here, he recently made his scoring system even tougher which makes this high score is a big compliment. So when he said in the video he doesn't give that score lightly, he means business! As for how this ranks among Xdinary Heroes' other tracks, it's a bit fuzzy. You really enjoyed "Break The Brake" from them that was earlier this year but it came out during your short-lived 5-star system era, so it's hard to compare. So not counting "Break The Brake," with your old scoring standard from before that exclusive 5-star era, Xdinary Heroes' cover of "Hellevator" was the highest score you've given them with "Wego Wego" now edging it out. Still, I am very pleasantly surprised-not that you liked it, but by how much you did. Third... You did a playthrough in the middle of your reaction?! Double wow! You got so into this Xdinary Heroes tune that you couldn't help but jam along with them! For those of you who aren't regulars on David's channel, he occasionally whips out his bass to play a little snippet if a song really grabs his attention. It's not something that happens all the time, though. But this time was different! David wasn't just playing his bass a bit. He was so into the track that he ended up doing an impromptu bass cover of almost the entire song while reacting to the video! I've gotta say, I've never seen David do that before. It's a massive compliment coming from David, no doubt about it! By the way, David, nice work on that timing that "Blazing Saddles" clip right before you picked up your bass. Haha! Just so you know, I mentioned this in the intro, and it's also shown in the video you reacted to, but the name of the bassist in Xdinary Heroes is Joo Yeon. While all the members contribute vocals in addition to playing their instruments, Joo Yeon is actually considered one of the main vocalists along with Jung Su, who's the keyboardist. Seeing how much you enjoyed the tune does make me wish that your review portion was a bit longer, but I do love that you acknowledged the journey you've had with Xdinary Heroes thus far. You literally started in your first couple of reactions to them questioning their Rock bona fides. Then with your third reaction which was to their song "Sucker Punch" you saw that these guys might have potential. And as time has gone on, your opinion of them has evolved more and more as other songs that came your way were showing you what these guys can do. It's a shame South Korea isn't more like Japan when it comes to Rock music. These dudes could really shine if they had the chance to go all out. But you gotta hand it to them, they're working with what they've got and still showing off their Rock chops when they can. Just goes to show, you can't judge a book by its cover, or a band by their first few songs! Anyway, I'm stoked you had fun with this Xdinary Heroes track. And I enjoyed the video!
