good work done. Very easy to understand batch payment. Very comprehensive. Also explained how to reconcile in Reconciliation the Batch Transaction as whole transaction.

Hi was wondering if you have ever come across a issue where you are unable to click on the cake a payment/batch payment and the button/tab doesn’t work ? Doesn’t take you to the next step or even show an error just unable to move forward?

This was informative - though - I do not typically batch pay customers. In fact - I seldom pay customers. I need a way to enter payments coming from customers because my business is the type where customers pay me. The issue is - Xero makes it more difficult than needed in order to enter a payment. ALL payments will go to checking - so please don't make me choose that each time. And after entering a payment - take me back to the entry screen - not "Paid".

Good Video thanks - what about a batch payment of multiple invoices from multiple suppliers? I can't find a way - can only create a batch of multiple invoices from one supplier OR 1 invoice from multiple suppliers.
