Yes I agree. All the teams seem to be gelling and on the same page. It also seems like there are more individuals on each team are stepping up to make plays, rather than just a few.

@SalvyMemeGuy99 I know that feeling, in the 1990s while being a Washington Redskins fan I also followed what were originally the Baltimore CFLs, then became the Stallions the next year before having to move into Canada (Montreal) when the CFL discontinued all of its teams inside the U.S.

That five-run win streak has come to an end but boy Seattle making sure they made up for their slow start at the beginning of the season. As a DC fan I admire their progress.... This was a pretty tight battle befitting two of the best three teams in the North, and I loved every second of it.

2 best. Seattle > St. Louis. Seattle has played us (DC) better than any team. A combined point differential of 5.

Definitely lost one of those first 2 games in a heartbreaking way with Dinnuci fumbling the snap on a QB sneak that would have been the game winning TD. Definitely could be at worst 6-2 after this very close loss. But this game definitely flashed 2 playoff caliber teams. Would be a trest to see it one more tune in the playoffs

@@ghostron5012 dude is the leading rusher by about 300 yards. He can definitely make an impact on an NFL team. Broke longest run xfl record twice in 1 game.

Wow, what a game... DC nearly lost two 1-point games in two weeks! My heart nearly sank when I saw Seattle going for 2 to win it. Definitely didn't expect that, but glad they clinched.

The xfl has consistently put a good product on the field every week. One thing I love is the transparency when it comes to officiating. Being able to hear the discussions is next level. The ability to challenge a penalty is great too. The nfl could benefit from implementing a few things from the xfl. Especially since the last couple season in particular have been some of the worst officiating since the replacement refs. There's been a lot more talk of rigging in the NFL than ever and normally I'd say it's nonsense but from what I saw last season, it's not a crazy thought. If they had the transparency of the xfl they could put that talk to rest.

@@dion1score Oh 100% I'm sure you could ask any NFL fan to name a game where the ability to challenge a penalty or missed penalty would've changed the outcome and nearly everyone would have a particular play come to mind. I don't wanna get too crazy with speculation but it would definitely be interesting to see what the last few seasons would've looked like had that been an option. Might be a good deep dive topic for someone to make a video on. I'd definitely be interested to see that.

There is one reason and one reason only for refusing to implement transparency: corruption. It's impossible to fully script the NFL as if it were the WWE, but with the amount of money the NFL rakes in annually it's naïve to think they don't want to retain the ability to push results in preferred directions.

Love the transparency in officiating, but honestly dislike the "access" to players during the game. Leave those boys alone. Let them breathe.

What a game! That was probably the best game of the season! The XFL continues to impress! I would love to see more teams next year! It is much better than the USFL, where all the game are played in the same stadium! As the game itself, Seattle could easily be undefeated right now if for their turnover issues! DC will be hard to beat in the postseason with their ball-hawk defense and playmakers on offense!

The one glaring thing I have noticed across the XFL is the inability of defenses to wrap up when tackling

They will fix that over time. Can't be perfect, but the overall product is amazing. We are considering investing down the road in the XFL.

@@hainavidotcomI actually think it was just a severe problem Seattle has with their secondary. The NFL has this problem too, secondaries on the defense are incredibly loaded with their routes, And if you just slip up once you either get a touchdown pass from the QB or PI's. I've noticed that the defensive line was much better at tackling, But that's to be expected

Thats the second absolutely heart breaking loss for my Sea Dragons. In week 1 or 2 I believe we went down thr field under 2 minutes to leas a game winning drive and got all the way to the 1 yard line and what should been multiple attempts to score and win and Dinnuci fumbled the snap on the QB sneak and we lost a game we definitely should have won. Between that game and this one we could easily be 7 and 1 as well. Instead we are 5 and 3 playing for that second playoff slot hard

I have been to more than my share of Seahawks games in my lifetime, but I can tell you this game was as much fun as any of those. The crowd was fired up, the game kept us on the edge of our seats. I'd happily sit through another rainy day watching the Sea Dragons play. What a great league!

The talent is improving in the XFL every week. If NFLers and NFL draft picks continue playing in this league, the XFL will survive. There is a need for a well run professional football league for players, coaches, and referees who need opportunities to show their talent. Hopefully the XFL can spend a little more on marketing next season and get the word out more. This is a great product and the players are easy to root for. The games need more fans in the seats for Year 2.

So I just saw the USFL draft in full and there's not allot of former NFL guys. Its mostly high school prospects and colleiate left overs. The talent desparity is clear in the depth chart and I think its telling. The xfl is going to pay higher because of the brand rep and player recognition. USFL seems to be more committed to growth personal growth.

I haven't watched any of the XFL, but this game made it appear that all it takes to get a DPI and free field position is for the QB to miss the WR and have said WR just plow into the defender.

The games are getting so much better. Going into next year I think they need to do a preseason and bring back as many guys to the same teams as possible. That will make for great football year round.

At around the 11:50 mark the commentator makes two mistakes he says number one tries to rip the ball out when he punched it and then he called Seattle St Louis like immediately after. Lol

8:45 Shouldn't the play have been dead, upon a referee blowing the whistle? Even if it was a mistake or bad call, I thought the rule was that the ball becomes dead at that point.

Yeah that was my problem too they blew the whistle. The play should have been dead. Even though it should have been, none of the players were reacting to the fumble before the whistle so that's where the issue kind of collides with "It was a fumble but they weren't sure". I should say that even though the ref on record is in charge of the game, The guy in the booth can override anything and that's what he did. I don't know about the precedence this will cause.

I think this is better than what happened to Myles Jack in the NFL. If its clearly a fumble and clearly recovered, and he clearly makes it to the end zone its clearly deserving of the points!

Great game, but THAT WAS A STUPID F'ING DECISION!!! Just go for 1 and go to overtime. If you can't get 1 then you don't deserve to win, but don't leave that opportunity there! What is the deal with Seattle and dumb calls at the goaline???
