It makes sense for Maya to take the lead in interviews. Hearing the other members occasionally speak in English is so satisfying.

I bet we'll see the other members talk more over time, as they get better and more confident at English. I'm sure Simon has them studying it on a regular basis, and no doubt all of them want to be able to interact with the globally fanbase more easily. Chisa is already pretty good, though, she should be proud of that.

I am so happy the interviewer pointed out their style. These girls can dress! Like it's not even paid promotion, even on their variety show they really were so creative with their fashion that each and everyone of them looked entirely unique to their personality. It's so dope.

I think the "lets sing in english" come out in the middle or before they debut, they already learn korean in the beginning, maybe next years for full english interview

XG new comeback?! I am really intrigued on what sound they are gonna go for this time. Hopefully they stuck with the R&B and HipHop sound and futuristic mixed with Y2K/Harajuku look like for Left Right and Shooting Star.

same, I think that era fully solidified their concept and I hope the carry through with the futuristic imagery especially. I think they will to based on how much Simon and the members keep referring to the ufo/alien/space symbolism for their group up until now.

2:32 Cocona directly mentions the crowd at HITC all screaming in unison, "Take you to the other side, XG WE CERTIFIED!" Go watch the fan cams of that moment. Fans of XG will love it, it gave me goosebumps...and for people who aren't yet fans? Maybe that clip will change your mind. I was disappointed that the editors of the behind the scenes video of XG at HITC didn't include that clip, it was probably the best moment of the whole concert.

Wowwww!! THE SUPER GROUP 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 i love that they are gaining more confidence in international interviews! Cocona and juria were so at ease! Harvey? Wow! She has that model energy and intimidating, but when she starts talking, she's like within our reach ❤. Hinata, I could stare at her all day and would be very satisfied. Maya and Jurin also handled the interview really good. Jurin and cocona shared so much really when they talk. Chisa, she can get your attention anytime she wants, a real magnet. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The girls of XG are just a joy to watch no matter what they're doing ❣ I love it when they all join in whenever someone starts singing - their karaoke sessions must be lots of fun lol Cocona saying that she feels free to borrow clothes because she's the youngest is so cute. And so is Juria's love for the Central Park squirrels 🥰 Not surprised that Chisa got the unanimous vote - she's definitely XG's mood maker! 🌞😆 Can't wait for their new songs!

Maya has become so much more articulated and well spoken , chef kiss to this young lass 😘 And I am glad that the girls speak their mother tongue when they are outside Korea

Unlike the rest of the girls, Maya has always been articulated in English. In fact her English has been said to be better than her Japanese, do to her going to an international school where they primarily spoke English

@@msdanielle2005I've also noted that Maya speaks Japanese with a bit of an English-influenced accent. I'd say it's a similar vibe to Aespa's Giselle who also grew up in Japan but was always more comfortable with English than Japanese. Giselle, like Maya, went to international school.
