@@rftg1793 The "we're not kpop" narrative is a bit funny to me. They might not sing in Korean much, but they still operate in every other way as a kpop unit. Let's call a spade a spade. I know this comment might anger people devoid of any critical thinking abilities when it comes to this stuff, but it's still true. But hey, if that's what they want, let's go : XG make great x-pop! ;-)

@@nalalala7584 I agree that their sound is way more adventurous and out there than "traditionnal" kpop, which is great. I hope kpop takes a page out of their book and becomes a little bit more daring. My ult group is Twice and I really wish they would take more chances musically, like XG. They do on their b-sides, but they need to start doing it on title tracks also.

Did you notice Maya's red eye in the last scene when they reached the other world and are on top of the tower?? She has a red eye!! XG is so seductive in their choreo, their style, and lyrics especially this song!! like im the handler of the string and your the puppet... thats so hard!! XG all the way! I have a theory that they are doing this mini album now because they have a bigger album with no releases of any songs yet in the works.

As I watch this for the nth time, (literally clicking every single reaction), is it a stretch to have the other avatars as the other trainees? Like everyone was working, everyone was trying to "do the leap", and at the end, as they hold the last avatar before taking the final jump, it felt like they're telling the avatars that they will continue this journey for them. And after the leap, they entered the world stage and they debuted? DOes that make sense, or am i tripping? lmao

Same here, been binge watching reactions and i've also interpreted recent parts of the MV to signify certain pts in XGs evolution. For instance, Juria was the only one to grab the balloon. I take that as a reference to what was shared in the XTRA XTRA doc. She was the last to join the trainees but had already been in a group in her earlier years. I felt like Hinata and the avatar holding her was a visual representation of that, that XG found her at the right time. Also, notice how the avatar that leap in the area the girls were in exploded in blue. I felt that was a rep of Simon being in the Kpop industry earlier in his career and his group made it but not globally..in our girls' case, they didnt explode, they accended and made it to the global stage... This MV is definitely open to interpretation...I love it!

NJ Bunnies don't need to trash XG and Alphaz out of insecurity. You are looking only at the surface interpretation of the lyrics. If you dig deeper, like the Kpop industry and how they control GGs, you get a totally different interpretation. BTW, isn't NJ OMG really about a girl getting pregnant? Read the lyrics again. "still swimming in my body, asking what to do, glad he came through, etc)
