There are 4 rappers and 3 vocalists in XG, but they can all do both -- and dance too! Woke Up is their first pure rap song in which all 7 members rap.

XG is a 7 member Japanese global girl group aged currently 18-22 formed by XGALX. They do Hip Hop/R&B and Pop. XG is completely fluent in Korean and Japanese but they choose to sing/rap in English because they are a Global Girl Group. They want to reach as many people as possible. This is why they sing in English even though they could sing in Korean or Japanese. Fandom is called ALPHAZ because the leader of a pack of wolves is called the Alpha. They have shows set for South Korea, Japan, USA, China, Australia, Philippines, etc on their 1st World Tour (The First Howl).

LE SSERAFIM had a open call for people to rap to their song "Eve, Psyche and The Bluebeard Wife". Jurin from XG did a rap for that song and it was amazing. When I saw it last year I didn't know who she was. Has to find out who Jurin was and found out she was part of XG. That started my stan of XG, which also led me to stan NewJeans, IU and K-pop. Last year was the greatest year of music because of them. Check out "Eve Psyche and Bluebeard's Wife XG Jurin" ...This song is amazing with Jurin's rap.

the members names are chisa, hinata, jurin, harvey, juria, maya, and cocona which is also the order of age (oldest to youngest). They all did rap in this song however there are 4 rappers (cocona, maya, harvey, and jurin) and 3 singers (hinata, chisa, and juria). They aren’t considered kpop because they are all japanese but they rap in english and promote in korea and globally.

There are parts where they wear veils. As far as I know, the veil represents the birth of wolves. Wolves are born blind and deaf. So they kinda "woke up". The veils are gone. They used this in the Hesonoo&X-Gene video as well. Member names are Jurin,Cocona,Juria,Chisa,Hinata,Maya and Harvey.

With K-Pop groups, it's never friends or cousins lol. They went through auditions as young as 10 years old. And if selected they still have to go for training for a few years before debuting. That's why K-Pop groups are great performers. Can sing, rap, dance etc.
